Creative Developers Summit

The Creative Developers Summit is the premier annual event for anyone who creates or implements custom software solutions for creative professionals. The Summit is the place to meet, share, and learn about our industry’s tools, resources and direction.

Wednesday:

8–10 pm: Creative Wow! Come see and/or share software demos from around the world. Do you have a software challenge that you’ve been working on in your spare time? Or some feature, tool, or service that you’ve developed that is just so cool you have to share it? Come show it at the CreativeWow! reception, Tuesday night. The rules are simple: You have 5 minutes to fire up and demo your stuff in front of an audience of your peers.

Thursday:

8–9 am: Breakfast; Registration; Informal Discussion about plug-ins, scripts, and automation
9–9:10 am: Welcome and introductions
9:15–9:45 am: What’s Changed with Creative Cloud
9:45–10:30 am: The InDesign and Illustrator Roadmap (presented by Adobe)
10:45 am–12 pm: Extensibility Features and Suggested Development Workflows (presented by Adobe)
12–1:30 pm: Networking Lunch (provided)
1:30–3 pm: Experiences So Far: Developers Panel Discussion
3–4 pm: A Helping Hand: Developer and Adobe Panel Discussion on Resources and Troubleshooting
4–5 pm: Post-Development: Distribution, Sales, Licensing, and Installation
5 pm: Drinks and dinner (on your own)
